Brad Plaschke is the Chief Operating Officer of Edgett Law Firm, where he oversees all operations across the firm’s premier criminal defense and personal injury practices in North Dallas, Texas. A seasoned C-suite executive, attorney, and trusted advisor, Brad brings more than 25 years of experience leading and advising law firms and professional services organizations through growth, transformation, and operational scale.

Brad is responsible for firm-wide strategy, financial performance, intake and conversion systems, technology infrastructure, and talent development. He is widely respected for building disciplined operating models that enhance accountability, profitability, and client experience, allowing attorneys to focus on delivering exceptional legal outcomes.

Prior to joining Edgett Law Firm, Brad held senior executive roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Head of People Operations, and General Counsel, and served as a strategic advisor to law firms nationwide. He earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and is a licensed Illinois attorney.
