Josh Harper has been with The Edgett Law Firm for over eight years and now serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing deep institutional knowledge and a long-standing commitment to the firm’s mission of protecting freedom and delivering justice at the highest level.

As COO, Josh is responsible for the firm’s overall operational infrastructure, leading day-to-day functions across all practice areas and ensuring that every department performs at the level our clients deserve. He oversees firm-wide systems and technology platforms, drives workflow efficiency, manages and develops non-attorney staff, and works directly alongside firm ownership to execute strategic growth initiatives. From financial oversight and team accountability to client experience and compliance, Josh ensures the firm operates with precision, consistency, and purpose.

With over eight years of hands-on experience inside the firm, Josh brings an unmatched understanding of how The Edgett Law Firm operates and what it takes to deliver results. His leadership style is direct, detail-oriented, and centered on building the kind of high-performing team culture that allows our attorneys to focus on what they do best, fighting for our clients.

Josh Harper is the operational backbone of The Edgett Law Firm, and his work behind the scenes is a driving force behind the firm’s continued growth and reputation for excellence in criminal defense.
In his spare time, he enjoys working with young musicians as a private violin instructor and learning to play new instruments like the drums.
