Tonya Mendez steps into her new role as Director of Operations with a foundation built on deep legal knowledge, firsthand case management experience, and an unwavering commitment to the clients and team she serves.

As Director of Operations, Tonya oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that workflows, case management systems, and client communication standards are executed with consistency and excellence. Drawing on her extensive paralegal background across multiple practice areas and law firms, Tonya brings a well-rounded operational perspective that bridges the gap between the legal team and the firm’s administrative infrastructure. She leads staff coordination, monitors case timelines and deadlines, drives adherence to the firm’s White Glove Client Service Standards, and works closely with firm ownership and attorneys to keep every moving part aligned.

Tonya is deeply client-focused at her core. She understands that the clients who walk through our doors are facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives, and she takes that responsibility seriously, ensuring they feel heard, informed, and supported every step of the way. That same care and dedication she brought to her clients as a paralegal now shapes the way she leads the entire team.

Outside of the office, Tonya loves spending time with her family over cookouts and movie nights. You can also find her playing fetch with her Pitbull Major or catching a nap with her Toy Poodle Ronald.
